European Mouflon Sheep
We have a small flock of European Mouflon sheep, they are the smallest breed of wild. Their meat is a excellent flavor which is much milder than in our usual market lambs. We raise our flock drug free, and grass fed. We use the sheep for working the cutting horses. They eat less than cattle, take less space to house them, and are faster than cattle.
GUNNERZ COLONEL SAN is sired by the great NORTHERN YOUNG GUN, he goes back to YOUNG GUN who is a NCHA futurity champion. NORTHERN YOUNG GUN finished in the top 5 at the 1999 open 3yr old Futurity at the Canadian Supreme. He won the OPEN Derby Championship at the CCHA spring cutting spectacular in 2000, aswell as winning the OPEN derby Championship at the Canadian Supreme. GUNNERZ COLONEL SAN’s dam is COLONEL O LENA who goes back to the great COLONEL FRECKLES. Bred to CATTIN for the 2015 foaling season. We are going to keep the 2015 foal but mare can be bred back to any stallion you would like and you can have mare once she is weaned. Broodmare sound only.
